PURPOSE: Hangover reducing beverage containing jujube and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to improve immunity function and refreshment while reducing hangover by mixing beneficial herbal medicines with the jujube. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of hangover reducing beverages includes the following steps: extracting a mixture by extracting jujube, Curcuma longa, Glycyrrhiza uralensis, Chrysanthemum indicum, Pueraria lobata, Pueraria lobata, Angelica sinensis, Atractylodes lancea ginger etc for 4 ~ 6 hours in 120°C; centrifuging the mixture for 18 ~ 22 minutes with 14,500 ~ 15,500rpm; aging supernatant for 160 ~ 200 minutes in -3.3 ~ -2.7°C; and wrapping the aged supernatant after heating the supernatant in 85 ~ 95°C.
