PURPOSE: A pipeline system and a vent member for the same are provided to reduce the time and cost for installation of a vent line by forming a discharge part for discharging foreign materials from the valve body. CONSTITUTION: A pipeline system(100) comprises a first pipe(110), a second pipe(120), and a valve(130). The first pipe and the second pipe transfer a fluid. The valve interlinks the first pipe and the second pipe, allows or blocks the passage of the fluid through the pipes, and controls the flow rate of the fluid. The valve comprises a discharge part(132) for discharging foreign materials from the first pipe or/and the second pipe, a valve body(134), a first pipe connection part(135) which is connected to the valve body and the first pipe, a second pipe connection part(136) which is connected to the valve body and the second pipe, a disc(137) which blocks the fluid passage or controls the flow rate, and a valve stem(138) which regulates the operation of the disc.
