A portal crane contains a portal with a sprocket installed on the crane runway and a mechanism of displacement, a rotary column with a jib system and a mechanism of boom change, an operator's cab of crane with area and a machine compartment, a service platform with a ladder, and a bearing circle of portal rigidly fixed on the portal, and a rotating mechanism of crane in the form of a gear ring installed on the bearing circle of portal and two gears of shaft with drives and shock absorbers rigidly fixed on the rotary column symmetrically to the longitudinal axis of crane. The gear ring is installed inside the bearing circle of portal. The internal surface of ring contains involute gears, which are engaged with the gears of drive shaft of rotating mechanism of crane made in the form of motor reduction gears. |
