The vapor extraction unit has a dome element (5). The dome element is hung at a space wall, particular cover wall (6) without inserting an air exhaust chimney. A discharge zone of the dome element ends into a surrounding area (1), where the dome element is arranged between different elevator positions (I,II) in height adjustable manner. An independent claim is included for a module arrangement with cover-fixing cover module, particularly a light element.
