PURPOSE: A web service providing system and a method thereof are provided to effectively confirm whether a corresponding terminal device has execution environment which executes web services. CONSTITUTION: A web service server(100) requests for confirming whether execution environmental condition is satisfied based on pre-stored execution environment condition information to a terminal device. The terminal device includes an embedded web server. The embedded web server receives the confirming request from the web service server. The embedded web server searches for pre-embedded software and hardware. The embedded web server returns a confirmation result which confirms whether the execution environmental condition is satisfied to the web service server.
