BRUSH FOR PORTABLE ELECTRIC GRINDER AND MANUFACTURING METHOD OF THE SAME

PURPOSE: A brush for a hand grinder and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to prevent an accident when the brush is rotated by spreading a wire only in a uniform range. CONSTITUTION: A brush(10) for a hand grinder comprises a holder(20), a wire(30), and a coil spring(40). The holder has a shaft and an insertion hole. The shaft is coupled to the hand grinder, and protruded. The wire is inserted into the insertion hole of the holder. The coil spring is fitted to the holder by covering a part of the wire. And the coil spring has a bent end part(41) located in the inner side of the coil spring. When the wire pushes the end of the coil spring, the bent part is hung on the inner surface of the coil spring.
