PURPOSE: A mounting structure for rear floor side member is provided, which can enhance cost down and work efficiency and reinforce the intensity of the rear floor side member at the same time. CONSTITUTION: A mounting structure for rear floor side member comprises a rear floor side member(100), a trailing arm mounting reinforce(400), and a side sill inner upper panel(500). The rear floor side member is installed in the length direction of the floor panel installed in the bottom surface of the vehicles. Both end parts of the trailing arm mounting reinforce are attached on the rear floor side member. The side sill inner upper panel is attached to the outside of the rear floor side member. One side of the side sill inner lower panel is attached to the side sill inner upper panel and the other side forms a first space. One end of the trailing arm mounting bracket is attached between the side sill inner lower panel and rear floor side member and the other end part forms the second space.
