PURPOSE: An organic light emitting display panel is provided to smooth the transmission and injection of a hole by forming an electron acceptor layer between a buffer layer and a hole injection layer. CONSTITUTION: A thin film transistor is formed on a substrate. A first electrode(150) is connected to the thin film transistor. An organic layer(148) is formed on the first electrode layer. An organic layer is includes a light emitting layer. A second electrode(142) faces the first electrode while interposing the organic layer. A buffer layer(222) is formed between the first electrode and the light emitting layer. An electron acceptor layer(220) is formed between the buffer layer and the light emitting layer to easily transmit the injection and transmission of the hole. The electron acceptor layer is made of the organic material with an electron acceptor functional group.
