In method for manufacturing of spiral-wound pipes from thermoplastic with hollow wall of closed profile, including manufacturing of closed hollow profile in the form of pipe with rectangular cross section by method of continuous auger extrusion with further winding and extrusion welding of wound profiles between each other on cylindrical mandrel, extrusion welding of wound profiles between each other is carried out along whole height of rectangular profile, at the same time winding of hollow profiles is carried out with gap between each other by value, which does not exceed thickness of hollow profile wall. ^ EFFECT: development of efficient method for manufacturing and repair of pipelines. ^ 6 cl, 3 dwg |
