FIELD: medicine. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely to immunology and deals with method of selecting preparation for immunotherapy of surgical pyoinflammatory diseases. Before the beginning of immunotherapy by results of immunogram in patients with surgical pyoinflammatory diseases determined are initial level of leucocytes, CD3 lymphocytes, serum Ig of G class, phagocytic index. In case if in patient number of leucocytes is lower than 6.40*109/l, phagocytic index is lower than 56.09% for the purpose of immunotherapy it is considered reasonable to apply Interferon. If in initial immunogram indices number of leucocytes is lower than 5.74*109/l, number of CD3 - lymphocytes is lower than 1.00*109/l, amount of serum Ig of G class is lower than 16.5 g/l, phagocytic index is less than 53.38% for the purpose of immunotherapy it is considered reasonable to apply Amixin. ^ EFFECT: application of invention allows to perform adequate immunotherapy in treatment of pyoinflammatory diseases, optimises application of immunomodulators. ^ 2 tbl, 3 ex |
