PURPOSE: A jig device of a cooling fan for a motor is provided to easily weld a blade to the upper and lower plates by rotating the cooling fan without the movement of a user. CONSTITUTION: A jig device includes first and second fixing stands(10a,10b) and a plurality of rotation rollers(14). A plurality of guide rollers(20) is arranged on one side of the first fixing stand for guiding the rotation of the cooling fan. A handle(22) is arranged on one side of the second fixing stand. A plurality of pressure rollers(28) are assembled in the leading end of the handle. The pressure roller pressurizes the cooling fan to the guide roller according to the operation of the handle. The rotation roller is arranged between the first and second fixing stands. The rotation roller rotates the cooling fan.
