An endogenous apparatus for unloading and restoring the hip joint contains the base with the projecting plate and fastening elements, the pad with the opening for the rotation axis with the clip hinged onto the eyes of the tip of the spacer assembly, the femoral rod with the head connected to the tip via the tightening screw, and the limiter of the horizontal articular movement. The projecting plate of the base is flexible and divided into several lobes by the transverse slits. The lobes are capable of changing their configuration fitting the configuration of the corresponding contacting hip area. The lobes and the femoral rod contain the threaded orifices for fastening screws. |
