PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem in the prior art, which is caused when automatically arranging positions of transmission devices in a mesh composition network display.

SOLUTION: A display position decision device 2 which decides a display position of respective transmission devices 4 in a predetermined display screen 6 displaying communication networks NT3, NT4, includes: an adjacent device decision circuit 41 which decides respective adjacent devices which are transmission devices connecting with the transmission devices out of connection relation data which memorizes connection relation between the transmission devices 4; a display position acquisition unit 42 which acquires respective display positions of the adjacent devices determined by the adjacent device decision unit 41 out of display position data which memorize the display positions of the respective transmission devices 4 in the display screen 6; and a display position decision circuit 43 which decides intermediate positions of the respective display devices acquired by the display position acquisition unit.
