<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a front wheel steering mechanism for a front two-wheel three-wheeled motorcycle superior in cornering characteristic, and a front two-wheel three-wheeled motorcycle provided with the front wheel steering mechanism. <P>SOLUTION: The front wheel steering mechanism is constituted such that a first plane S1 determined by both pivot axes R1, R2 of a lower side arm 15 and an upper side arm 16 relative to a front wheel support frame 11 of a vehicle body frame and a second plane S2 determined by both pivot axes R3, R4 of the respective arms 15, 16 relative to a wheel hub 17 become parallel to each other. In addition, in the state that both right and left wheel hubs 17 are steered in the linear advancement state, a first connection part 22 for pivoting a steering rod 21 relative to a steering member 19 in a vertical direction is positioned on the first plane S1, and a second connection part 23 for pivoting the steering rod 21 relative to the wheel hub 17 in a vertical direction is positioned on the second plane S2. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT</p> |
