PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a water using zone member which has a high water stain removal capacity without lowering draining- and drying properties. SOLUTION: The water using zone member 1 comprises a base body 2 and a function layer 3, which are integrally laminated by die molding. The function layer 3 is formed of a cured product of a resin composition 4 containing an acrylic fluororesin copolymerization base resin containing fluoro olefin with an acryloyl group of radical pile affinity and an organic peroxide as a hardening initiator. Since the function layer 3 is formed of the cured product of the resin composition 4 containing the acrylic fluororesin copolymerization base resin and the organic peroxide, the stain-removing capacity is very much enhanced.
