PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a locker apparatus which enhances maintainability. SOLUTION: This locker apparatus includes: a baggage placing platform 4 which supports the storage baggage 3 by being arranged in a baggage storage chamber 2 provided in an apparatus casing 1, and which is shifted to a baggage detection position from an initial one when the storage baggage 3 is housed in the baggage storage chamber 2; a lock device 6 which locks a door 5 for opening/closing an opening of the baggage storage chamber 2; and a lock control device 7 which is shifted to a lock regulating position from a regulation release one along with the movement of the baggage placing platform 4 to the baggage detection position, and which regulates the movement of the lock device 6 to a locking position in the lock regulating position.
