PURPOSE: An electro-optical device and an electronic device are provided, which can enhance the display performance of the electro-optical device. CONSTITUTION: An electro-optical device comprises a first color filter(26Ra) and a second color filter(26Rb). The first color filter is overlapped on the first pixel region formed in the predetermined location among a plurality of pixel regions comprising the display space. The second color filter is overlapped on the second pixel region formed in the outside neighborhood of display space among a plurality of pixel regions.
