PURPOSE: A blower unit of an air conditioner for a vehicle provides comfortable boarding environment by reducing sympathetic sound generated by a cooling hole. CONSTITUTION: A blower unit of an air conditioner for a vehicle comprises an upper case(110), a lower case(120), a blower motor, and a cooling hole(140). The lower case is coupled to the upper case. The blower motor is inserted into inside the upper case and the lower case. The blower motor sends air by powering a blower. The cooling hole is formed in the lower case, and cools the blower motor by the inhaled air. And the cooling hole is communicated with the blower motor.
