PURPOSE: A method for obtaining the kinetic energy is provided to efficiently obtain the kinetic energy in which a moving type permanent magnet is accelerated using the overlapping of a magnetic field between rotating permanent magnets. CONSTITUTION: A fixed type electromagnet(310) is provided in the bottom of a rotating permanent magnet. A current is shortly and strongly flown in the fixed type electromagnet in the state(210) that a moving type permanent magnet(200) is the closest to the fixed type electromagnet. Eccentricity between the fixed rotating permanent magnet(300) and a fixed rotating permanent magnet is used. The rotating permanent magnet is rotated to the counter clock-wise direction.
