PURPOSE: A vehicle bumper crash box with a reinforcing unit, a molding method thereof, and a method for determining design conditions thereof are provided to easily determine design conditions by setting a reinforcing position through a virtual collision test. CONSTITUTION: A method for determining design conditions of a vehicle crash box(10) with a reinforcing unit is as follows. A collision analysis is implemented using a virtual collision simulation based on a unit value of a standard bumper crash box. Arbitrary reinforcing positions are determined by comparing a collision load value with the unit value based on the collision analysis. The collision analysis is implemented using the virtual collision simulation based on the unit value of a bumper crash box with a reinforcing unit which is set in the arbitrary reinforcing positions. An optimum reinforcing position for molding is determined based on the collision analysis.
