PURPOSE: A three-directional switching valve for a cooling and heating system is provided to reduce the electricity consumption and perform cooling and heating operation using a unified refrigerant. CONSTITUTION: A three-directional switching valve for a cooling and heating system comprises a driving part and a conduit line switching part(530). The conduit line switching part performs the operation of switching between cooling and heating using the power from the driving part. The switching valve switches the flow of the refrigerant flowing in the three-directional switching valve which is connected to one of a compressor, a first heat exchanger, or a third heat exchanger. The driving part and conduit line switching part are closely connected to prevent the leak of refrigerant. The driving part comprises a rotor, a rotor case, and a stator. The rotor case comprises the rotor. The stator locates on the rotor case.
