PURPOSE: A jig device of a cooling fan for a motor is provided to easily weld a blade to the upper and lower plates of a cooling fan by rotating the cooling fan. CONSTITUTION: A blade(104) is welded between the upper plate(102) and the lower plate(106) of a cooling fan(100). The cooling fan is mounted on a jig base(10). The plurality of receiving grooves is formed on the jig base. A ball bearing(16) is mounted on the receiving groove. A part of the ball bearing is contacted with the lower plate for smoothly rotating the cooling fan. A cover(18) is fixed to the jig base to prevent the separation from the ball bearing.
