A printable sheet assembly (416), comprising: a facestock sheet construction having a plurality of parallel vertical through-cut lines (240) and a plurality of parallel horizontal through-cut lines. The facestock sheet has a front side and a back side. The vertical and horizontal through-cut lines (240) form at least in substantial part perimeter edges of a plurality of cards. The horizontal through-cut lines include adjacent first and second horizontal through-cut lines and the vertical through-cut lines including adjacent first and second vertical through-cut lines. A plurality of liner sheet strips (420) are provided on a back side of the facestock sheet construction, the liner sheet strips (420) covering the facestock though-cut lines parallel to the infeed edge of the printable sheet assembly (416) and exposing areas of the back side of the facestock sheet between said liner sheet strips (420). The liner sheet strips (420) have extended sections thereof protruding therefrom perpendicular to the infeed edge of the printable sheet assembly in the region of, and overlying, the vertical facestock through-cut lines(240).
