METHOD FOR BIOSENSORIC INDICATION OF CYTO-TOXIC FACTORS OF BIOLOGICAL AND CHEMICAL NATURE

Method for bio-sensor indication of cyto-toxic factors of biological and chemical nature at which one evaluates effect of change of physiological parameters of Dunaliella viridis: of physiological solution; biological or chemical factor in presence of standard inactivated serum and pathological serum of patient; additionally one evaluates bio-chemical characteristics of exometabolites that are formed as result of physiological response of cell bio-sensor D. viridis, by means of methods of electrophoresis of protein fractions in polyacrylamide gel and on acetyl-cellulose and by means of standard tests on helicoproteides and lipid fractions, with mathematical treatment of results obtained, and with calculation of value of general coefficient of cyto-toxicity and respective index of cyto-toxicity in vitro.
