PURPOSE: A switch control device, a battery pack, and a battery management device thereof are provided to reduce the frequency of a failure by equalizing a turn-off order according to the current range. CONSTITUTION: A memory(54) stores a turn-off number and order of a first and a second switch part for controlling connection between a load and a battery pack according to a current range. A controller equalizes the turn-off order of the first and the second switch part with reference to a turn-off number and order. The first switch part(20) is installed on a high potential line interlinking the load and the anode of the battery pack. The second switch part(30) is installed on a low potential line interlinking the load and the cathode of the battery pack. The controller(52) detects the amplitude level of a discharge current when the battery pack is disconnected with the load.
