PURPOSE: A liquid fertilizer manufacturing device is provide to well mix the liquid fertilizer without aggregation by bumping the rotating liquid against a partition which is included on inner both sides of a fermentation tank. CONSTITUTION: A liquid fertilizer manufacturing device comprises: a liquid inlet(110); a heating unit(120); an air supply device; air diffuser(140); an exhausting part; a rotary unit(150); a motor(M); a fermentation tank(100); a partition(200) which is projected on inner both sides of the fermentation tank to prevent a rotated liquid from aggregating; an input unit(220) which is settled in the partition and puts an organic by-product; and a door(210) which is included ton on outer both sides of the fermentation tank to insert the input unit.
