PURPOSE: A filter and a manufacturing process thereof and a display device having the same are provided to reduce a manufacturing process by forming an optical pattern on one side of a substrate and forming a reflection preventing face on the other side. CONSTITUTION: A shielding pattern(200) is formed on a single-side of a material(100), and blocks external light coming in from outside into a display panel. A reflection prevention surface(300) is shaped in convex and concave shape on the other side of material for reflection preventing of outside light and moire eliminating. The material comprises a color compensation pigment for the color correction in transparent polymer resin.
