PURPOSE: An ice cream making machine is provided to automatically manufacture ice crease not a plate shape with a spiral shape by loading the ice cream materials with the spiral shape. CONSTITUTION: An ice cream making machine comprises the following: a transfer line(3) moved in a horizontal direction of a frame; a material supply part(10) fixed on a main block(11) with a first material supply pipe(12); a valve control part(20) opening and closing the first material supply pipe; a connecting part(30) with a connection hole and mounted on the bottom of the first material supply pipe; an operating rod(40) with a supply hole; a rotating unit(50) rotating the operating rod; and a third power part(60) operating the rotating unit with an eccentric shaft.
