PURPOSE: An air compressor which has an automatic shut-off function is provided to prevent damage to the air compressor by compulsively terminating the operation if the air compressor runs over a specified time. CONSTITUTION: An air compressor which has an automatic shut-off function comprises a switch(100), a controller(110), and an air compressor(120). The switch outputs an operation control signal of the air compressor according to the operation of a driver. The controller controls the operation of the air compressor according to the operation control signal from the switch. The controller compulsively terminates the operation of the air compressor according to an operation starting signal when an operation complete signal is not provided until the fixed time after operating the air compressor. The air compressor performs a compression/storing function of the air controller according to the operator.
