PURPOSE: A voltage compensation device for a vehicle is provided to supply stable voltage to an electric device by preventing voltage from being changed. CONSTITUTION: A voltage compensation device for a vehicle comprises a power cutoff unit(240) and a voltage compensation unit(250). The power cutoff unit cuts off power of a battery(210) supplied to a load(230) at the time of an initial starting. The voltage compensation unit supplies boosting power at the time of the initial starting to the load. The power cutoff unit is turned off by the boosting power of the voltage compensation unit.
