PURPOSE: An air inflow control device for idle engine overheating prevention is provided to prevent fire in a vehicle by preventing an engine from being overheated due to the unconscious operation of an accelerating pedal. CONSTITUTION: An air inflow control device for idle engine overheating prevention comprises an engine temperature sensor(S1), a sensor(S2), a central processing unit(10) and an air inflow control unit(20). The engine temperature sensor senses the overheating of the engine mounted on the vehicle. The sensor senses the number of the rotation of a wheel mounted on the vehicle. The central processing unit processes the signals outputted from the sensors. The output signals are inputted into the air inflow control unit if output signal is created by the central processing unit.
