PURPOSE: A pile construction method for reinforcing a front end and a pile built by the same are provided to reduce the number of piles and reduce construction period by increasing support force. An excavating unit(1) is inserted inside the pile body and a foundation is formed. The excavating unit is drawn out from the pile body and spays fluid inside the foundation, so the slime within the foundation is discharged. The foundation is filled with the filler.
