PURPOSE: A detection method of environmental pollutant such as dioxin class is provided to sensitively and quickly detect dioxin or similar structure thereof in environment or human sample. CONSTITUTION: A detection method for dioxin class compound is performed using human skin cells. The human skin cells are human skin epidermal cell model(HKY1.7) which has luciferase enzyme activity by dioxin. The human skin cells are human epidermal cell immortalized with AD-12-SV40 hydrid virus. The immortalized cell line maintains like normal cell without carcinogen. The human epidermal cell is optimally exposed for 24 hours in detection using a reporter gene. |
