FIELD: animal husbandry. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention is related to animal husbandry, to composition and methods for increase of nonfat muscle bulk and/or reduction of fat growth in growing animal by feeding of composition to animal, and this composition has ratio of total lysine to metabolised energy from 2.5 to around 6 g/Mccal and includes (a) arginine with ratio of total arginine to total lysine from around 1.1 to around 1.6; (b) isoleucine with ratio of total isoleucine to total lysine from around 0.8 to around 1.3; (c) leucine with ratio of total leucine to total lysine from around 1.8 to around 3.0; (d) valine with ratio of total valine to total lysine from around 0.8 to around 1.4; and (e) methionine and cystine with ratio of total methionine plus cystine to total lysine from around 0.8 to around 1.7. ^ EFFECT: results in increase of nonfat muscle bulk and/or reduction of fat growth in animals. ^ 15 cl, 2 tbl, 1 ex |
