PURPOSE: A fuel reduction apparatus is provided to reduce the influence of flux on liquid fuel and improve the purity of the liquid fuel by repeating compression and expansion of filler and liquid fuel. CONSTITUTION: A fuel reduction apparatus comprises fillers(11,11a), pipes(13,13a), and NdFeB magnets(15,15a). The fillers are provided in the front and rear of the pipes and spout fines water molecule by increasing the surface tension of the liquid fuel. The pipe is composed of an expansion part(1a) and a contraction part(1b) consecutively repeated. The fillers and the liquid fuel passing through the pipes are repetitively expanded and contracted to induce spin. The NdFeB magnets are installed inside the pipes and output a magnetic force of 1,500~8,000 Gauss to accelerate the liquid fuel.
