A base plate is elongate, and an opening for an imaging light path is formed near an end in the longitudinal direction of the base plate. A shutter blade is rotatably installed on a blade installation shaft of the base plate, and when the opening is fully open, that portion of the shutter blade which covers the opening is received in a region in the longitudinal direction of the base plate. Further, a shutter blade is slidably installed on the blade installation shaft of the base plate, and when the opening is fully open, that portion of the shutter blade which covers the opening is received in a region in the lateral direction of the base plate. The shutter blades are adapted to reciprocate by means of a drive pin of an electromagnetic actuator to open and close the opening.
