PURPOSE: A marine farm for preventing red tide and pollution of the marine environment is provided, which can block flow of the seawater flowing in due to the rising of the aquarium structure in the red tide occurrence and crude oil leakage. CONSTITUTION: A marine farm for preventing red tide and pollution of the marine environment comprises a marine farm structure(100), a net structure(200), an aquarium structure(300), a first elevating unit, and a second elevating unit. The marine farm structure is composed of a frame structure consisting of a plurality of horizontal frames and perpendicular frames. The net structure keep is formed of a net and the upper circumference. The aquarium structure is comprised of the upper frame and the aquarium part of the bottle shape. The first elevating unit is installed in the specified position of the frame structure in order to lift the aquarium structure. The second elevating unit is installed in the specified position of the frame structure in order to lift the net structure.
