CONSTITUTION: A rhythm and time instrument for the auditory disabled comprises a foot bracelet that can be worn on the ankle and a remote controller controlling the intensity of vibration. The feeling of time can be read using a time instrument. The rhythm and time instrument can be worn to be the utmost thin like a cellular phone.
