PURPOSE: A shampoo composition containing natural extract is provided to ensure anti-dandruff and hair conditioning effects and to prevent hair loss. CONSTITUTION: A method for manufacturing a shampoo having a function of preventing hair loss comprises: a first process of extracting active ingredient from morus bark, Henna leaves, iris roots and stems and dictamnus roots; and a mixing 0.1-5 weight% of extract, 0.1-1 weight% of porcine placenta extract, residual weight% of surfactant. The extraction comprises: a step of pulverizing morus bark, Henna leaves, iris roots and stems and dictamnus roots; a step of extracting with organic solvent; a step of drying the extract using an evaporator; a step of extracting using solvent; a step of cooling the extract at room temperature and filtering to obtain residual; a step of heating the residual at 50-120°C for eight hours; and a step of filtering the extract and concentrating.
