PURPOSE: A low pressure electrolyte impregnating device which manufactures composites of complex shape is provided to reduce noise and to impregnate using gravity regardless of the tension of the existing spring. CONSTITUTION: A low pressure electrolyte impregnating device comprises a base(100), a support stand(120), and a punch. A pillar(101) is perpendicularly installed on one side of the base. The support stand is extended and arranged on the upper end of the pillar in a cross direction. The support stand is supported to rotate as a cantilever type. The both ends of the punch are supported by a support block. The support block is supported to rotate by the center part of the support stand. The punch comprises a sack on the end of the pusher.
