PURPOSE: A voltage controller oscillator, a phase locked loop circuit, a clock generator, and a PHY of an HDMI transmitter are provided to improve a jitter property by separating a gain of the voltage control oscillator. CONSTITUTION: A voltage regulator(15) independently receives a first oscillation control signal and a second oscillation control signal. A voltage regulator provides a control voltage signal obtained by mixing the first oscillation control signal with the second oscillation control signal. The voltage regulator receives the feedback of the control voltage signal. A delay unit(30) generates an output signal with a frequency which is varied in response to the control voltage signal. The voltage regulator includes an amplifier for providing a voltage control signal and a transistor(20) for providing a control voltage signal.
