PURPOSE: A dome type monitoring camera is provided to efficiently emit heat generated from an infrared LED and to block that an elastic body attached to a dome type outer cover insets the beam of the infrared LED into a lens unit, thereby enabling a monitoring camera to capture only images of which identification is easy even at night. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of a dome type monitoring camera comprises the following steps: fixing a camera module(3) to a supporting frame(8) with a ring shape; coupling Both ends of the supporting frame through a screw shaft and a nut; forming a supporting stand with a hole around the supporting frame; forming a pillar which matches with the supporting stand; inserting an elastic body by forming the center area of a radiation device to a pipe in which a lens unit(31) is inserted; supporting a radiation unit(7) with elastic force; attaching an elastic body inserted into the pipe of the radiation unit to the inner surface of a dome type external cover(5).
