FIELD: aerospace engineering. ^ SUBSTANCE: proposed system comprises consecutively arranged flexible heat-resistant mat (2) and heat-resistant pack (6) comprising several layers (7) of heat-resistant fabric material. Note here that multi-layer mat (2) is placed into heat-resistant jacket (3). Every layer of heat-resistant fabric material of said pack (6) is impregnated and coated by sublimating substance (8). Coat thickness differs and increases as pack layer moves off mat (2). All layers of said mat, jacket (3) and all layers of pack (6) are connected together along their end face edges.
