FIELD: physics. ^ SUBSTANCE: proposed device comprises diode laser source of radiation 1 with wavelength 1, laser source 2 with wavelength 2, collimator 3, rotary mirror 4, and focusing optical system 5. Collimator 3 is arranged between diode laser source 1 and rotary mirror to convert diode laser divergent beam 6 into parallel beam 7 to be sent to rotary mirror 4. The latter passes through to direct to focusing system 5. In passing through focusing system 5, collimated radiation beam 7 falls on treated surface 9. Laser radiation source 2 generates beam 8 with wavelength m. Said beam comes onto surface of rotary mirror 4, gets reflected from it to come into focusing system 5 and, further on, onto treated surface 9. ^ EFFECT: combination of processing effects, expanded performances. ^ 13 cl, 3 dwg |
