<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable a guardian, etc. to intentionally and justly withdraw savings from a savings account. <P>SOLUTION: A host 1 is provided with: a withdrawal request acceptance part 101 which accepts a request that the savings are desired to be withdrawn and it's amount; a withdrawal propriety discrimination part 104 consisting of an expense item discrimination part which discriminates an expense item of savings which a person who performs the request attempts to withdraw from the savings account by which of withdrawal possible appointed dates of each expense item of the savings account a day when the request is performed is included, an amount requirement discrimination part which discriminates whether or not an amount desired to be withdrawn which is accepted with the request is equal to or less than difference between a withdrawal possible amount of the expense item discriminated by the expense item discrimination part and the total amount of the expense item of the savings account of a withdrawal possible amount of the savings account, and a comprehensive discrimination part which permits withdrawal of savings from the savings account; and a file update part 108 which adds the amount which is attempt to be withdrawn to the total amount of the expense item of the savings account when withdrawal of the savings is permitted. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI |
