A method for producing a structurized paste-like product includes mixing cheese with fat component, melting salt and melting the mixture. Nonfat lactic cheese is used as cheese with addition of flavoring supplements, dry skimmed milk. As fat component high-melting coconut fat is used. As melting salt sodium citrate in water solution is used. For fixation of the produced texture a prepared water solution of furcellaran is used as a structure-forming agent. |
