PURPOSE: A gas blocking device for default management which stops gas supply in case of default and a management system thereof are provided to manage the default of gas rate by mounting a device which can cancel the gas supply suspension using a password. CONSTITUTION: A gas blocking device for default management comprises a default management gas blocking device(100), a default management server(200), and a mobile communication terminal(300). The default management gas blocking device can contact with a valve by canceling the gas supply suspension using a password. A default management server manages user information and the password of default management gas blocking device. The mobile communication terminal is connected to the default management server and inquires the information of the default management server and the password. |
