PURPOSE: A thermosetting anti-static coating composition is provided to improve film hardness and abrasion resistance of an anti-static coating film, to secure the stability of the coating solution, and to prevent a coating film from being damaged in bending. CONSTITUTION: A thermosetting anti-static coating composition comprises 1-20 weight% silane-acrylic copolymers, 5-30 weight% conductive polymer aqueous dispersion, and 70-90 weight% mixed solvent of alcohol and polar organic solvent. The conductive polymer aqueous dispersion comprises polythiophene, polypyrrole, and polyaniline-based polymer compound or their mixture.
