METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING SOLAR CELL

PURPOSE: A method for manufacturing a solar cell is provided to improve the conversion efficiency of the solar cell by etching the surface of a textured-wafer in order to remove the defects of the wafer. CONSTITUTION: A convex part and a concave part are irregularly located on the surface of a wafer(140). Reflection barrier layers(160, 170) are placed on the one surface of the wafer. A reflective layer(180) including a plurality of reflective films is formed on the other surface of the wafer. A first electrode contacts to the first type semiconductor of the wafer. A second electrode contacts to the second type semiconductor of the wafer.
