<p>PURPOSE: A steam ejector is provided to effectively flow steam with high temperature and high pressure, generated from a heating cooking appliance, into a duct. CONSTITUTION: A steam ejector comprises a cone-shaped suction unit(110), an air intake port(120), a duct(140), a guiding unit, a exhaust port(170), a blower(160), a steam sensor(180), and a control unit(190). The suction unit collects and guides steam generated from a heating cooking appliance. The air intake port is connected to the top of the suction unit. The duct is connected to the suction unit through the air intake port, and guides the steam in a horizontal direction. The guiding unit has an inclined part which guides the steam to inside the duct. The exhaust port discharges the steam within the duct. The blower is connected to the duct, and forcefully discharges the steam within the duct through the exhaust port. The steam sensor senses generation of the steam. When the generation of the steam is sensed, the control unit powers the blower.</p> |
